[Pharmacological action] Pharmacodynamics Tylosin is a macrolide antibiotic, which inhibits bacterial protein synthesis by blocking peptide transfer and mRNA displacement through reversible binding with 50S subunit of bacterial ribosome. This role. It is basically limited to rapidly dividing bacteria and mycoplasmas, which are fast acting bacteriostatic agents in growth period. This product is mainly effective against gram-positive bacteria and mycoplasma, with weak effect on bacteria and strong effect on mycoplasma. Sensitive gram-positive bacteria include Staphylococcus aureus (including penicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus), Chrysanthemum pneumoniae, Streptococcus, Echinacea carbonica, Lisztia, Fusarium putrescens, Clostridium anthracis, etc. Sensitive bacteria can be resistant to tylosin, and Staphylococcus aureus has some cross resistance to tylosin and erythromycin. Pharmacokinetics: Tylosanthin can be absorbed from gastrointestinal tract after oral administration. The peak concentration of blood drug is reached 1 hour after oral administration in pigs, while Tylosanthin phosphate is less absorbed. The concentration of tylosin in milk is about 20% of the serum concentration in the same period. Tylosanthin is excreted through urine and bile in its original form.
