[Pharmacological action] Pharmacodynamics: florfenicol belongs to broad-spectrum antibiotics of amide alcohols and bacteriostatic agents. The bioavailability is above 80%. Florfenicol is widely distributed in animals and can penetrate the blood-brain barrier.
